Welcome to Haw Creek Outfitters

We offer the finest Osceola turkey hunting in Central Florida. We have over 3000 private acres of huntable fields, woods and swamps. You will be shown action and opportunities to call upon the elusive, long–beard Osceola turkey. Spend three days of hunting in the central Florida wilderness, cypress swamps, hammocks, scrub oaks and pine flat-woods. The perfect setting to bag an Osceola Turkey!

Hunts are full or semi–guided. Fully guided hunts include a guide to call and set up decoys. Semi-guided hunts include a guide to help with locating turkeys on the property but the hunter is in charge of calling. Lodging and meals are included in the pricing. Hunting license and turkey permit can be bought online at www.myfwc.com. The closest airport is Daytona International Airport and we can pick you up if you would like.

Perfect Location

Located in rural Bunnell Florida, Haw Creek Outfitters is very conveniently located 1 hour from Orlando, 45 minutes from St. Augustine and 30 minutes from beautiful Daytona Beach. When booking a hunt with us you can rest assured that we will take care of everything. All of our hunts include a knowledgeable guide that will be with you every step of the way and food, lodging and transportation are included. We have been guiding hunters since 2008 and are dedicated to the success of your hunt and have an enjoyable time in the process.

A day at Haw Creek Outfitters starts with a light breakfast. We then head to the woods and find birds as they start gobbling on the roost. We then set up possibly to call a bird off the roost, sometimes in a designated blind but most of the time we cut palmettos and set up where we can. At lunch time we either have lunch in the woods or run to town to grab a bite to eat. Afternoon hunts usually consist of setting up in a high traffic area and find a comfortable spot to sit. So bring a chair that is comfortable for long sits. We will end the day with a delicious home cooked meal.

Accommodations

Lodging and food is available for all hunters that come to Haw Creek Outfitters. Non-hunters are welcome to tag along and stay at the lodge for $150/day. Lodging is located on the property and dinner will be served at the lodge every evening after we hunt. Licenses

Clients will be required to purchase all necessary licenses prior to arriving. A non-resident annual hunting license is $151.50 or a 10-day hunting license is $46.50. You will also be required to purchase a turkey permit, non-resident is $125.00.

What To Bring

Things to bring-Shotgun, ammunition, thermo-cell, turkey vest or comfortable turkey seat for long sits, waterproof boots, turkey calls (I can call for you as well and have plenty of calls), binoculars, gloves, face mask, headlight/flashlight and a cooler to bring home your harvest.
